We have a new place to park! The expanded south east parking lot is finished. Yesterday they finished laying the asphalt, and today they’re painting the stripes. The best way to access this parking lot is to enter at the south driveway. From there you can use entrances 8 or 9 to enter the building.
The walls for the pre-school area are going up fast.
This maze of dirt will be the footings for the new kitchen and food service area.
Progress has continued on many areas over the last week. Lots of rain this morning has slowed things down today, but we are praying for favorable weather in the coming days so we can complete the expanded parking areas.
Crews have been working to complete grading for the expanded parking lots.
Foundations continue to be poured. This will be an outer wall for the Grand Concourse

Workers have begun constructing the brick walls for the pre-school area on the south-west side of the building.
As you enter through the north driveway, you’ll notice the brick and metal facade is being removed from the older part of the building. This will make room for bigger windows and new brick to unify the look of the entire campus. When the project is completed, this will be the new youth center and include an auditorium, cafe, game room, and patio.
Concrete foundations are being poured for the new pre-school area on the south-west side of the campus.
This is where the new building will meet the current building. Foundations are almost ready to be poured.
New parking lot lights are almost ready to be installed. This will be the expanded parking lot to the south by the field.
After a night of storms and heavy rain, the new water retention pond is doing its job.

Crews are working on constructing new storm sewers before they can complete the new parking lots.
The car port at entrance #5 has been removed. This where the new building will meet the current building.

The process of removing the existing parking lot has begun. Crews will soon start digging the foundations for the new building.
